GLUTEN FREE BLUEBERRY WAFFLES
Ingredients: 2 ½ cups Gluten-free flour blend 1 tbsp Baking Powder 3 tbsp Sugar Dash of Cinnamon 3 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Vanilla 1 ½ cup Milk 2 Eggs 2 cups Blueberries
Preparation Instructions: Combine all of the dry ingredients. Combine all of the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until fully incorporated. Add the blueberries, and gently fold them into the batter. Create these tasty waffles according to your waffle iron instructions, and ENJOY!
