We work hard. Many of our meetings for Joy Undiluted last through the lunch hour, yet no one complains. Why? We are fed JOYously each week with thoughtful care for everyone’s dietary needs and overall health.

Whether dipping into hummus from Kingma’s Market or sharing a Trader Joe’s Curried White Chicken Salad, our energy is kept revved up around a health-conscious table. But some of the delicious delights have been our own creations, and we want to share those recipes with you because it’s good juju.

Making The Crust

7 cups mozzarella, finely shredded
7 large eggs
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
Tip: Make it satisfy your own taste buds with additions like a pinch of garlic, red pepper, or onion.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients well.
Evenly spread the cheese mixture on an ungreased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
Bake @ 450 for approx. 15 minutes


The Finishing Touch


Add the toppings of your choice.
Bake for 10 minutes more.
Serve warm.
